We do not offer free shipping to Canada, but other quantity discount offers on the website can apply.

It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, you are responsible for the cost of the shipment and we will not issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes that may apply and we will bill your credit card for this if we are charged. We do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

For contents of the package on the Customs form, we state "Meal Replacements - For Individual Use". We cannot put any incorrect description.

These policies are subject to change at any time without notice. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via the U. S. Post office and do not qualify for free shipping.

*International orders cannot be shipped to all countries. Please check with your Customs office and follow the above information.
