As like most everyone these days I have been stressed with the economy. My group leader gave us an exercise that worked in busting stress. I go on my outside deck, lay down on a chair, close my eyes, and think about a green pasture with the warm sun on me (in other words Visualize your favorite scenery) I feel the breeze, I take calming breathes, and for ten minutes I dont hear anything, I stop thinking LOL, it worked wonders for me. Give it a try. It is the 10 minutes of my day I wait for to de stress. just wanted to share fyi.
