Does anyone have any suggestions on a brand or type of heart monitor watch? I wanted something to track miles walked and heart rate. A lot of them I saw online connect to computer and to many bells and whistles for me. I wanted to order online, I read some are not accurate (u get what u paid for thing) but dont want to spend $$$ on extras. Anyone have any luck with a more basic model.
Guess what i got for Christmas? I love it, a cool heart monitor watch. This really motivates me during a workout, I m a gadget guy. Will keep you posted on what I like /dislike Gonna see if it helps move the scale and Holiday pounds.
Just an update on my new heart monitor watch. I still love it. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a nudge with their workout. I push myself more (a guy thing) I want to see my heart rate calories burned distance traveled. I walk faster sweat more try it youll luv it
