The North Star Diet program includes delicious shakes, puddings, soups and nutritional bars. Our programs are healthy, safe and effective in producing rapid weight loss. North Star Diet also provides complimentary counseling by phone or email to assist you with motivation, lifestyle changes and the psychological aspects of weight loss.
At Home Program
The "At Home" program is done from the comfort and convenience of your home. It consists of using shakes and optional bars, soups and snacks along with a healthy meal. This program allows patients to lose on average of 2 - 5 pounds per week. You have the option of using our 100 calorie pudding shakes, 160 calorie powder shakes, or our 200 calorie shakes.
With your first order, you will receive instructions for following the program. Complimentary counseling by phone or email is available to patients on this program. We have a free discussion board and weight loss tools on our website.
Physician Supervised Programs
North Star Medical has been providing physician supervised programs for over 12 years. We offer 800 calorie physician monitored programs from all liquid or partial shakes with food or bar options. This is a great program for people needing to lose 50 pounds or more or have medical conditions that need monitoring. Meal Replacements
A shake/pudding and one nutritional bar can be used to replace one meal per day. This option is available for individuals that want to maintain a weight loss of 1 - 2 pounds per week. North Star Medical offers meal replacement Crispy bars, soups, and snacks. Our products are high protein, low calorie. Our products make great snacks like our Double Cheddar Bites and Mini Crisps. We offer meal replacement high protein shakes in 100 calorie pudding/shakes, 160 calorie and 200 calorie powder shakes.
Pre and Post Bariatric Surgery Patients
North Star Medical offers a complete line of pre and post bariatric shakes. From all liquid diets before surgery to Bari Care shakes after surgery. We have high protein snacks and bars for maintance.
