Creamy Hot Cocoa Mix 1 pkt
Cold Water 6 oz
Instant Decafe Coffee Crystals 1 tsp
Brandy Extract 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
Ice Cubes 4
Cinnamon, ground Garnish


Directions:

Combine hot cocoa mix, coffee, extracts, ice cubes and water in blender for 30 seconds or until blended well. garnish with cinnamon and serve.

Minty Hot Chocolate

Directions:

Combine hot cocoa mix and water in mug, stir until dissolved. Add mint extract, stir and serve.

Perfect Parfait
 

Crispy Bar (pick your facorite; double berry;
cocoa cafe, fudge graham or cinnamon)
1/2 bar
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries 1/2 cup
Plain, fat free yogurt 1/2 cup


Directions:

Rinse and drain berries and pat dry. Cut bar in half, put half away for a morning snack. Cut the remaining half into small, bite size chunks. Using a glass bowl or cup, place 1/4 of the cup up crispy bar on bottom and layer 3/4 of the berries on top.  Spoon the yogurt on top of the layers. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 bar on top of the yogurt and garnish with remaining 1/4 of the berries.

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a blender, Blend well until smooth consistency is achieved (depending on number of ice cubes, which will change the consistency).

Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, Pre-cooked 2 oz


Directions:

Combine soup and boiling water. Mix in oregano, basil, garlic and onion. Add cream cheese and stie until well blended. Cut chicken into bite size chunks and mix in. Microwave on a low heat setting for 1-2 minutes to heat mixture.

Bibb Lettuce Leaves 4-6

Directions:

Prepare the Sloppy Joe according to package direction. Stie in chili power. Wash the lettuce leaves and tomato and arrange on a plate. Spoon the Sloppy Joe on top of the lettuce. Layer on taco cheese, sour cream and olives.

Cream of Chicken Soup Mix w/ vegetables

Water, boiling 2/3 cup
Mushroom, quartered 4 medium
Celery, Diced 2 tbsp
Onion Powder 1/8 tsp
Parsley 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tsp


Directions:

Combine soup mix and boiling water, stir well. Add mushrooms, celery, spices and lemon juice. Place sauce mixture over chicken breast in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 6 - 8 min., or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve over rice.

Cream of Chicken Soup Mix w/ vegetables

Broccoli, chopped, cooked 1/2 cup
Cottage Cheese, 1% fat 2 oz

Water 2-3 tbsp


Directions:

Combine broccoli, cottage cheese, soup mix and spices in a blender or food processor. Blend on medium until smooth. If too stiff, add water 1 tbsp. at a time to desired consistency. Serve with celery sticks.

Directions:

Crush ice cubes in blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, except bar, blend until mixed. Stir in chopped bar. Serve immediately or freeze for 15 min., then serve. Variation: Substitute a Double Chocolate or a Chocolate Mint bar for the Peanut Butter Bar.

Directions:
