Spicy Autumn Smoothie

Vanilla Pudding/Shake – 1 packet
Water – 1 cup
Cooked mashed yam or canned yam – 1/2 cup
Banana – 1/2 cup
Nutmeg – 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon – 1/8/tsp
Artificial sweetener To taste
Ice cubes – 2 to 6 (2 thick, 6 thin texture)

Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved (the amount of ice cubes will change the consistency)
